Power of Mind and Body Club

Our purpose is to increase awareness of health and fitness by encouraging all, students and faculty alike, to learn, be aware, and practice healthy eating habits and fitness routines that apply specifically towards your body, and to gain knowledge of how a healthy mind makes a healthy individual. We welcome all to come and join us at our Monday meetings during lunch in Mr. Mitchell’s room, B13. START WITH P.O.M.B.!
